Rock-a-Billy is almost a life style. It appears to be a celebration of the early rock innovators such as Carl Perkins, Johnny Cash, Elvis and other Sun Recording stars and the fans and genre of the time. Having been a radio station DJ back then, I appreciate that generations later the independence of that generation, its cars, girls and back yard hot rod builders are being celebrated.
