We really were honored to meet Erik Glomski early on in his quest  to conquer the art of wine making in Arizona at the Arizona Society of Association Executive Retreat in Prescott, 2008.

 His imprint is now very evident at nearly every winery and vineyard that we visit in Arizona. In October 201l we had an opportunity to revisit N. AZ with the BMW Sonara Chapter and made personal visits to four winery outlets  that we have never visited in the past because they literally did not exist in 2008 when we first embarked on out “bucket list” to visit every “winery” in Arizona.

Caduceus Cellars winery outlet in Jerome. We liked the classy remake of this old building in the old hotel. And the Chardonnay from the Willcox are is superb, unmatched in AZ, but shred with Keeling Schaeffer and others.

Jerome Winery is impressive in its location but like most Jerome venues, there is little to no parking.

Are you certified CRAZY? You can check out your level of competence at The Asylum  hotel and restaurant at the top of the hill in Jerome. actually it is not all that sinister. Great food, attentive staff and a super view of this once thriving mining town.
