On December 14,  2010, while on duty in Peck Canyon west of I-19, Exit 22 on Federal Coronado Ntl Forest land, North of Nogales, Arizona and just south of Tubac, AZ.  Agent Brian  Terry, age 40, was shot and died in the early morning hours of December 15th 2010. He was attempting to arrest a group of  border bandits. Weapon supplied by the USA Obama Administrations Attorney General and the US ATF in Operation Fast and Furious?  You decide.
Agent Terry entered on duty on July 23, 2007 with Academy Class #699.
He is survived by his Father Kent, Step-Mother Carolyn, Mother Josephine, a brother, and two sisters. Join us in honoring his memory every December 15th . Agent Terry was shot on 12-14-10 near midnight and died on 12-15-10 in the early hours. Rest in peace, brother. A Marine and fellow veteran,  a police officer, a Border Patrol agent and a patriot.
